240 gsm matte paper, and comes to you unframed. Fully archival. Bright white in colour with a smooth surface. Acid & chlorine free. FSC C007888 Certified. Printed in Australia for AU Orders. Printed in USA, UK or Netherlands for Global orders so it arrives to you sooner! Made to order, so please allow 0.5cm (0.2 inches) size tolerance as each piece is cut using a guillotine.



Printed on canvas and wrapped around a frame. The frame is 3 cm deep from the wall. Edges of artwork wrap seamlessly around the frame depth. The canvas is a fabric and has a textured surface. Lightweight and easy to hang. Comes with FREE DIY wall hooks. Printed in Australia or Hong Kong. Made to order, so please allow 1-1.5 cm (0.4-0.6 in) size tolerance as these are hand made.



Which is the same as our stretched canvas above, with an added frame on the outside to give it a gorgeous finish. The frame is 0.8 x 3.5 cm (see below). Frame colours available are White, Black and Birch. Outside frame is made of wood-look composite to keep it lightweight. No glass is included. Printed on canvas with clear UV protection added on top. Wall hook on the back, ready to hang. Printed in Hong Kong. Made to order, so please allow 1-1.5cm (0.4-0.6 in) size tolerance as these are hand made.

All prints are mailed safely and securely, by either Australia post or courier.
Art Paper / A4 size– Posted in rigid cardboard mailers.
Art Paper / Larger sizes – Posted rolled up, in thick cardboard mailing tubes.
Stretched and Framed Canvases – Packed securely in thick cardboard cartons, art is sealed inside for protection. Canvases are sent via courier. A physical address is required as they cannot fit into a PO Box or similar. Please ensure someone is present during business hours to sign for the package. Consider using a business / office address for this purpose.



We provide close up photos for each artwork, so you can see the resolution easily. All our prints are commercially printed to replicate the texture, colour & vibrancy of each unique artwork. We frequently use paint, sketch, and watercolours through our art, and are these are not meant to have photographic clarity. Please carefully view all product photos to ensure you are happy with the zoomed in details before purchase. Real life printed images may have slight colour variation, when compared to images viewed on a computer monitor, tablet or smartphone depending on the resolution / settings on the device. We strive to ensure all images are displayed correctly in our store and true to colour, however we cannot account for subtle variations on different electronic displays, as each screen will differ. Our prints are designed for an indoor environment, out of direct sunlight and away from pets, children, dirt, water & moisture. Like all prints they will fade and / or wear if displayed outdoors or in an area where they may be subject to damage or high traffic. Please note all ink fades when exposed to UV light or sunlight over extended periods of time (including our anti-fade inks) no matter where they are purchased from; they just fade slower.



Our art prints and canvases are made to order. As such we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items unless they arrive with faults. In addition we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Each piece of artwork is made specially for you, so please choose carefully and ensure you measure the space the artwork needs to be placed in, prior to placing an order with us. On rare occasions, items may arrive with transit damage via Australia Post or Courier. Unfortunately, we do not have control to completely stop this happening from time to time. Rest assured we will work with you to resolve any such issues, and this could involve different methods. If the damage is too great to resolve we will replace the item at no charge to you. We cannot take responsibility for damage caused by how the packaging is opened once it has reached the customer, any damage caused by the customer's mailbox, property or pets where the print is delivered to. Example: your dog may find the postal tube delicious! Please contact us within 48 hours if there is transit damage on arrival, and attach photographs so we can follow up.


Please ensure a correct address is provided and someone will be there during business hours to collect or sign for the parcel, to ensure it arrives safe and sound. We suggest using an office or business address that is attended during business hours. Please keep an eye on your item via the tracking number provided. A notification will be sent to you via Australia Post, Courier Service, or by us directly if an item is awaiting your collection at a Post office or safe drop location. Any item which fails to deliver due to incorrect address, or if no one present to collect or sign for the parcel, is usually sent back to the postal office / courier depot. A notification (as described above) will be sent to the customer to collect the item within 2-7 working days, otherwise it will be returned to sender. If it is not collected, any re-sending fees to send it back to the customer once we receive it will need to be charged to the customer as this is out of our control. If the item is damaged in transit on the way back to us due to futile delivery the customer will also be responsible for both the replacement and re-sending costs, as this is out of our control. In some cases the item is sent back to an unclaimed mail depot where it is destroyed. In these cases the customer will need to pay for the item again as it needs to be re-made and re-sent, as this is out of our control. If the item is lost due to incorrect address, we will endeavour to help track the item, however in some cases Australia post or other mail & courier services we use may deem the item lost in transit if they are unable to locate it. Print and Proper cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen mail due to incorrect address, or failing to have someone present to sign for the parcel if and when a parcel may be left unattended, for any reason.

Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of
your item at various points in the delivery process via Australia Post’s online tracking tool.

When your order is dispatched, you will be given a consignment number.
You can use the number to track your order at the Australia Post’s website.

For item that weighs below 22kg with a lower cost than eParcel, the item will be dispatched with Fastway. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your orders are dispatched. Fastway provides reliable courier distribution service across Australia. Their comprehensive fleet and professional team will ensure items delivered safely to your door.

Parcels dispatched with Fastway are collected from our premises on a daily basis. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Fastway’s website.

A non- PO Box address is required for Fastway’s delivery. If you fail to provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until the accurate information is received by our customer service team.

Allied Express

Parcel that weighs over 22 kg will be dispatched with Allied Express. Allied Express is the biggest and independently owned courier company in Australia with offices in all major mainland capitals.

Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to track you items through the Allied Express website. Allied Express will contact you prior to delivery via SMS or phone number.

Allied Express requires consignment note and the postcode of the destination to track item at http://alliedexpress.com.au/


Toll group - Sweet Pea Interiors

Parcel with weigh less than 30kg can be dispatched with Toll. Toll is a major integrated logistics provider with an Asia Pacific focus. They provide safe, secure transport services.

Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to track you items through the Toll website.

A non- PO Box address is required for Toll’s delivery. If you fail to provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until the accurate information is received by our customer service team.

If the delivery is missed, you should receive a card with instructions on how to find your parcel. You can visit Toll website to arrange a re-delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.

Inaccurate address

If there are any address discrepancies with your order the product is returned us, a customer care team
member will be in touch.A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick
up your parcel in your local Post Office. If your item is delivered by Fastway or Allied Express, arrangement will be made in advance to ensure
your item to arrive at your door at your convenience. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

Rejected by Receiver

If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.

The expected time delivery given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various
reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.

Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure our distribution centre can dispatch all goods efficiently at all times.


The estimated delivery time frames are:

For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;

For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;

For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.


Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some SKUs. If the postcode is not on the list, please check if the SKU can be sent to the suburb with the postage query bar on the product page.

If the item can not be delivered to the address but you still place the order with us, we will contact you through email with the extra shipping fee after the order is paid. You will need to pay the extra fee to get the order delivered. Those orders with no shipment service will be canceled and refunded automatically with email notification.
