Printed on canvas and wrapped around a frame. The frame is 3 cm deep from the wall. Edges of artwork wrap seamlessly around the frame depth. The canvas is a fabric and has a textured surface. Which is the same as our stretched canvas above, with an added frame on the outside to give it a gorgeous finish. The frame is 0.8 x 3.5 cm (see below). Frame colours available are White, Black and Birch. Outside frame is made of wood-look composite to keep it lightweight. No glass is included. Printed on canvas with clear UV protection added on top. Stretched and Framed Canvases â€“ Packed securely in thick cardboard cartons, art is sealed inside for protection. Canvases are sent via courier. A physical address is required as they cannot fit into a PO Box or similar. Please ensure someone is present during business hours to sign for the package. Consider using a business / office address for this purpose.
RESOLUTION, COLOUR & CARE
We provide close up photos for each artwork, so you can see the resolution easily. All our prints are commercially printed to replicate the texture, colour & vibrancy of each unique artwork. We frequently use paint, sketch, and watercolours through our art, and are these are not meant to have photographic clarity. Please carefully view all product photos to ensure you are happy with the zoomed in details before purchase. Real life printed images may have slight colour variation, when compared to images viewed on a computer monitor, tablet or smartphone depending on the resolution / settings on the device. We strive to ensure all images are displayed correctly in our store and true to colour, however we cannot account for subtle variations on different electronic displays, as each screen will differ. Our prints are designed for an indoor environment, out of direct sunlight and away from pets, children, dirt, water & moisture. Like all prints they will fade and / or wear if displayed outdoors or in an area where they may be subject to damage or high traffic. Please note all ink fades when exposed to UV light or sunlight over extended periods of time (including our anti-fade inks) no matter where they are purchased from; they just fade slower.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Our art prints and canvases are made to order. As such we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items unless they arrive with faults. In addition we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Each piece of artwork is made specially for you, so please choose carefully and ensure you measure the space the artwork needs to be placed in, prior to placing an order with us. On rare occasions, items may arrive with transit damage via Australia Post or Courier. Unfortunately, we do not have control to completely stop this happening from time to time. Rest assured we will work with you to resolve any such issues, and this could involve different methods. If the damage is too great to resolve we will replace the item at no charge to you. We cannot take responsibility for damage caused by how the packaging is opened once it has reached the customer, any damage caused by the customer's mailbox, property or pets where the print is delivered to. Example: your dog may find the postal tube delicious! Please contact us within 48 hours if there is transit damage on arrival, and attach photographs so we can follow up.
Please ensure a correct address is provided and someone will be there during business hours to collect or sign for the parcel, to ensure it arrives safe and sound. We suggest using an office or business address that is attended during business hours. Please keep an eye on your item via the tracking number provided. A notification will be sent to you via Australia Post, Courier Service, or by us directly if an item is awaiting your collection at a Post office or safe drop location. Any item which fails to deliver due to incorrect address, or if no one present to collect or sign for the parcel, is usually sent back to the postal office / courier depot. A notification (as described above) will be sent to the customer to collect the item within 2-7 working days, otherwise it will be returned to sender. If it is not collected, any re-sending fees to send it back to the customer once we receive it will need to be charged to the customer as this is out of our control. If the item is damaged in transit on the way back to us due to futile delivery the customer will also be responsible for both the replacement and re-sending costs, as this is out of our control. In some cases the item is sent back to an unclaimed mail depot where it is destroyed. In these cases the customer will need to pay for the item again as it needs to be re-made and re-sent, as this is out of our control. If the item is lost due to incorrect address, we will endeavour to help track the item, however in some cases Australia post or other mail & courier services we use may deem the item lost in transit if they are unable to locate it. Print and Proper cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen mail due to incorrect address, or failing to have someone present to sign for the parcel if and when a parcel may be left unattended, for any reason.
